Privacy & Cookies

When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and pickup/shipping address. When you request a part, we collect the name and phone number you give us (and your email, if you add it) so we can contact you about it. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Your information is used to create your account, process and fulfil orders, answer part requests (by phone or WhatsApp), send order-status emails and provide customer support. We don't sell your personal data.

You can pay in cash when you collect your order. If you pay online, payment happens on our payment provider's own secure page — we never see or store your card or mobile money details.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies this site sets are:

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in. Required for the site to work.
• Security cookie (CSRF) — protects your account from cross-site request forgery. Required for the site to work.
• Language preference — remembers whether you're viewing the site in English or French.

We count visits, searches and clicks with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. It tells us things like which parts people look for, so we can stock them. We also keep anonymous daily totals ourselves — which search terms found nothing and how many times each WhatsApp button was used — with no IP address or account attached.

If something breaks, technical details about the error (the page, the browser, what went wrong) are sent to our error-monitoring service, Sentry, so we can fix it. We don't include your passwords or payment details.

We share order details with our payment provider only when you pay online, with our email provider only to send you messages about your order, and with our hosting, analytics and error-monitoring providers only as needed to run the site. We don't share your data for marketing.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us below.
